Our Process

  • We offer 30 minutes no obligation free consultation or you can choose to have up to 120 minutes paid consultation depending on your needs.

  • After completing welcome questionnaire and consultation, we provide fixed fee quote and proposal for your case. We provide 7 days for you to review and confirm on our fees, proposal and terms and conditions of our contract. We only offer Fixed Fee so no hidden fees. Out of scope fee will be discussed before starting extra work.

  • After you accept our terms and conditions, we request our fee to be deposited to our Trust Account in 7 days. Once we receive our fund in the Trust Account, we formally initiate the matter by collecting documents and prepare necessary submissions. Your fund is safely deposited until your matter is completed. Once the matter is completed, we will provide you with the tax invoice. After 7 days of providing the tax invoice, we transfer our funds to our operating account.

  • We aim to complete collecting documents within 15 business days from the initiation of the matter except police certificates. Your cooperation is absolutely necessary to make this step smoother.

  • After we collect all the necessary documents and prepare the forms for the lodgement, we book a call to review and assess the form and documents with the client. Lawyers will answer your questions in our review call regarding post lodgement process.

  • We await your confirmation on the forms after our review call. We will follow you up if we do not receive confirmation within 5 business days.

  • After we receive your confirmation on the form and documents, we prepare lodgement. We will request you to provide the fund for the government charge at this step.

  • After the lodgement of your application, we continue to monitor your application until it is finalised. If we need to provide out of scope service after the lodgement, we will contact and discuss with the client as soon as we possible.

  • We inform the client of the results of the matter.

    If the matter requires further assistance after this step, we will discuss with the clients regarding fee and the process as soon as possible.
